We have Jira 6.3.4 with Agile-plugin. What should we do to upgrade Jira 7 Software?

Actually, no, we can't.  We don't know how you've installed it, configured it, or are using it.

You should take a long read through https://confluence.atlassian.com/migration/jira-7/server_jira+agile_product-changes - some of the stuff there you can ignore because it's not relevant, other bits you will need to do as it's written and some of it you will need to think about.
