We have 2 users that are not receive the JIRA notifications.

Background info

Jira notification emails are received from:             jira@cits-is-plan.atlassian.net

 

Jira Notifications are not being received by:

The last JIRA notification received by these 2 user dates back to May 2019

                Elena.Toma@canada.ca

                Tatiana.Prochina@canada.ca

 

The above users do receive regular e-mail just fine from the following Jira email address::

noreply@mailer.atlassian.com BUT NOT From  jira@cits-is-plan.atlassian.net

 

The Following Users belong to the same group & receive these emails just fine from:     jira@cits-is-plan.atlassian.net

                perry.cornforth@canada.ca

                christine.ellam@canada.ca

                mehul.tailor3@canada.ca

                eric.pelletier3@canada.ca

                brian.mckittrick@canada.ca

I have verified their profile and have not been able to find any difference

Check with your mailer team if receiving email from jira@cits-is-plan.atlassian.net is disabled for Elena and Tatiana.
