Suddenly I couldn't save any gif attachments to the ticket. Whereas previously there was no problem when doing it.
My filename does not have any special character, I try to use lowercase only but still with the same result.
A warning message pops up: We couldn't save your comment It might be empty or have invalid formatting. If you copy-pasted, try removing the formatting and adding it directly in the editor.
