I have a problem with a cloud migration:
The error comes:
We couldn't import Issue Key-124 Reason: IllegalArgumentException: User [Cloud Id] does not exist
In the cloud environment I can see that the error is either due to a verified user or a user with "wrong" spelled username (for example: "firstname.lastname" instead of "firstname lastname" ).
Both should be mapped during migration and the user connection should be established. Especially with the last point.
In both cases the users exist on the server and partly active, partly inactive.
Does anyone know the problem and an idea how this can be solved?
