We couldn't find that customer - Error message

Hello,

When I click on a customer to view details or when I click on "Manage details", the customer detail page open for a fraction of a second and then this message is displayed "We couldn't find that customer" (See attached image).

I have full admin privileges.

Capture- Jira We could not find that customer.PNGAnyone have or had this problem?
