We changed our company name and emails, how should we adapt to this change on Atlassian side?

Hi to all, 

We have changed our company name, website, logo, email addresses. Old email address is still active aaaa.com... new one is bbbb.com.. So Is there guide for how to migrate all users? Is it possible to change our jira link? Is it possible to redirect https://aaaa.atlassian.net  to https://bbbb.atlassian.net

We dont want to create a new account for extra payment, thanks.

Hi Ozgur,

Currently, it's not possible to change the instance URL, the only way to change is by creating a brand new instance and migrate the entire instance to this new one. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability which applies for all Cloud products:
