We cannot access Jira, or log a support ticket.

We cannot access Jira, or log a support ticket.

Atlassian has broken their custom domains, home.atlassian.net works (but if you open project it redirects to custom domain). You also can't raise a support ticket because you need to enter your URL which they "can't find" because the custom domain doesn't exist in their system.

The system came back up after 45 minutes.
