We are unable to migrate attachments to Jira from Azure

Hi there,

We are unable to do migrating of attachments from Azure to Jira.

The attachments are mainly related to issues as Stories and tasks in Azure.

The context here is a migration from Azure Devops to Jira & Xray Enterprise - (Epics, US,.. as well as the client's test cases).

Can you please advice on how to process appropriately the migrating attachments?

While also ensuring that each attachment is linked to the proper issue.

The comments exported to csv from Azure has broken down as well. 

How can we solve that please?
