We are trying to upgrade Jira from 8.1 to 8.16.. facing issue due to fontconfig script

Dear Team

we are trying to upgrade Jira from 8.1 to 8.16. while performing this task, facing an issue due to fontconfig.. Script is not present in bin folder.. Also yum repository is not connecting for download the package.. Can you please someone share the mirror link or location where we can get the script for fontconfig?

You'll need to fix your Linux install, it sounds like it does not have access to a valid yum repository

Try running (as a superuser) "yum install fontconfig" to get an error message that should tell you more about the problem.
