We are not receiving any notification of JIRA on our G-mail.

Please look into this on high priority.

Hi Venu,

It appears that your request was transferred into this ticket https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-548877

I would recommend checking that post to confirm that this has been resolved.  The support technician there did note that there was a bounced email to your domain that has been since cleared.  However we in Community won't have access to help in this particular case.  However you are the site-admin of a commercial Cloud site, so that support request is the best channel for you to work through this issue with out support team.
