We are having trouble accessing and granting access to different links within Jiri and Confluence

Hi, we are having trouble accessing and granting access to different links within Jiri and Confluence since we switched to the free account? Is this a limitation?

I am an Admin in the projects.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

In the Jira Free plan you cannot customize permissions. All users granted access to the Jira product are granted Administrator permissions by default.  Refer to

In the Confluence Free plan also you cannot customize permissions. Refer to
