Way to change the commit template for JIRA eclipse plugin?

Hello, I need to change the template for the eclipse commit. At present, it automatically fills out a commit with the JIRA ticket and a link. I need to reformat this template to meet our standard.

Found it, its under the mylyn configurations.

To be precise it is "Window > Preferences > Mylyn > Team" and Commit Comment Template field.
