Watcher name invalid

Hi,

How do I add watchers on the JIRA on-demand version?

This question is not related to questions of "how to add a watcher when creating an issue".

I tired adding an watcher on a issue after creating it. I have tried this for all team members as we are a small team.

I get an error message stating that "the value [name of watcher] is invalid".

please, could you check if you have "Browse Users" permission for the project?

Hi,

My colleauge is now back from his vacation and together with him I was able to add the "Browse Users" permission on the Global level for all of our projects. This solved the issue!

I don’t think I have the sufficient access rights to check that. I will have to check with my colleague when he returns from his vacation on June 2.

Do you have the Manage Watchers permission in this project?

And do you have the global browse user permission?
