Hello @Sandip Bhosale

Welcome to Atlassian Community!!

In Jira, the "Watcher" field type is not a standard or built-in field type for custom fields. The "Watcher" functionality in Jira refers to users who are subscribed to receive notifications about changes to an issue. This functionality is inherent to issues themselves rather than being a standalone field type.

However, you can achieve similar functionality by using custom fields in combination with Jira's notification settings. For instance, you could create a custom field such as a multi-user picker field to allow users to be designated as watchers or stakeholders for an issue. Then, you can configure Jira's notification scheme to notify these users when changes occur to the relevant issues.

Hope this helps!!

Thanks & Regards,
Pooja
