Watch User isn't able to add watchers and to use mentions

Hello,

On project, nobody is able to add watchers while i have persons in users group.

I see in internet explorer that it is a permission problem.

But when i go to issues permissions, all users for one project can add watchers. See this picture:

But when i want to add watchers, the system says that there are no wtachers

What i can make in order to add watchers ?

Please note you need administrator permission so you can do the following.

1. Access JIRA
2. Click on 
3. Click on System
4. Click on Global Permissions (left menu)
5. At the bottom of the page you can select the permission and the group
6. Click on Add

Hi Aurélie,

Please ensure the users have the Global Permission Browse Users. This permission allows users to see other users. It's used for selecting users/groups in popup screens (such as the 'User Picker'). Also, it enables auto-completion of user names in the 'User Picker' popup screen.
