After last weeks update I am no longer able to add labels to my tickets. There is no longer a pencil icon to edit the ticket. I have logged out and back in again.
It is still an option in my instance. .
I assume you are on Cloud? If so are you looking at the new issue view or the old view. If the new view be sure that the Issue Layout includes the Labels field. I find mine under the "Show more" link.
