Warning on Custom field layout??

I have changed the 'Work item layout' to place the custom field front and center, but the 'Budget Status' field shows a warning icon.

Questions:

1. What does the warning mean?

2. Why doesn't it appear on the work item?

Just open spoiler, and you'll see reason of that warning sign. Usually it's because of some limitations, according to customfield contexts.

I have a few questions, if you don't mind.

How did you add the 'Scope Status' field to the Description fields section? Did you drag and drop it from the Fields section there to the right-hand side of the screen?

Did you create the custom field yourself? If not, it may be that someone has configured a custom field context to limit its use to only certain projects. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/edit-a-custom-field-context/ 

If you know there isn't a custom field context, please can you check that the custom field is on the RDPT Default Issue Screen?
