Want to upgrade JIRA version and user license count in case of JIRA on-premise, Is This possible ?

We are using JIRA on-premise version 4.3.3 of 100 User license, Now we want upgrade JIRA version and also increase User count 250. It this possible in case of JIRA on-premise server edition.

Upgrading from 4.3.3. to the current version 7.13.x it's a long way but it's completely feasible.

Upgrading the user licence tier it's simpler !! You just have to pay :)

Version Upgrading will required additional cost, can you provide detailing on that.

You do not need to upgrade the system, a licence bought now will work for all versions of Jira from 4.0 to the current one.

If you do upgrade the system, the costs are down to the work your admins will do to move it through the newer versions, plus questions and troubleshooting with users.

You really really should upgrade though - your version has bugs and security flaws and is totally unsupported.
