Want to show my customized field only on "Close Issue" screen

I have created a custom field and whenever i create an issue it is visible but I want it should not visible on "Create Issue" screen, it should only visible on "Close Issue" screen.

Remove it from your "Create Screen" and add it to the "Close Screen" . Detailed information on the 2 posts above

So you need to edit your screens (assuming you have different screens for Create and view issue operation as well as an transition screen for closing).

Go to custom fields ( type gg + 'custom fields'), navigate to your field, click on the cog to the right and click screens . Now uncheck you create screen and (if not already done)  check the transition screen for closing.
