Want to notify only for few Statuses, Don't notify fort the rest.

I have 10 statuses in my workflow. But I only want notifications for 2 statuses.

When issue transitioned to those two statuses, I want my notification scheme  to fire .

For the rest of the statuses I don't want any notification.

Is it possible in JIRA..

Hi @Madhu Mullangi !

Yes, it's possible and fairly easy.  Just edit the workflow and remove the trigger for the notification event from the post-functions on the workflow steps where you do not want to send messages.  Remember that if the workflow is shared, it will affect every project using that workflow so you may need to make a project specific copy, especially if your project is using a "default" workflow.
