Want to hightlight the text in "Linked Issues" column when the status of the issue is Blocked

Want to hightlight the text in "Linked Issues" column when the status of the issue is Blocked

I have blocking tickets in a different system that I am linking to my issues using web links. I want to have red background color for the linked issues in which the status of the issue is blocked. Is there a way to do that?

There is nothing in the delivered product that provides that functionality. I am also not aware of any apps that provide that functionality.
