Want to add multiple custom fields (select list single choice) in another numeric custom field

From the below Image I wanted to add the custom field values (Automation ,Customer experience ,annual impact) which is a select list single choice type of a custom field.

But the challenge here is the value contains number and text both.
Example - In the 6 Row ( 0-no impact , 1-small impact , 3-$50000-$100000  )

Here I want to add only initial numbers of custom field like 0+1+3

How can I do that ? Please answer urgently if possible its challenging for me.

If you have an urgent request I suggest you discuss it with your Jira Site Admin for support.

Next, where are you trying to perform that sum: somewhere in Jira or in the spreadsheet application?
