my users was 11, i moved automatically to paid plan,
now I've removed a user and wanna move back to a free plan

Hi @Yasser Mokhtar and welcome,

your plan should be automatically downgraded to a free one. Please check on billing tab on atlassian admin. It could take a while to refresh that information.
