WTH has happened with my account?

I signed up for Atlassian account, created Jira space and then after some time I can no longer access it and I'm the only admin!. I'm also regularly getting weekly updates email from Atlassian for this space. I tried submitting a ticket as a suspicious activity or potential breach but my ticket just got closed.

Greetings @Shalini Pradhan 

 

In the meantime I have realized why was I getting emails to my mailbox but did not have access, I thought I didn't have an account on Atlassian so I created a new one with <email>+jira@gmail.com. So now I have two accounts, other one is <email>@gmail.com. So that is the reason why all emails from Atlassian to either of the accounts are reaching the same mailbox. 

 

I have logged in with that second email and I have access to my space.

@nenad_domuz Welcome to the Atlassian community

If you use Chrome as your primary browser, I suggest trying to access Jira using a different browser.  Chrome will use the account that is logged into it to access your Atlassian content.  If that is different than what you used when signing up, which it usually is unless you signed up using Google to authenticate and that account, you will not see the space that you are looking for.    Give it a try and see if you see the Jira space when logging in through a different browser like FireFox or Edge.
