Hello Brothers and Sisters,

I want to make JIRA more userfriendly for my office colleges.

Each time when they see VALIDATION ERROR they do not read the msg, which is quite understable...

Does anyone here know whether it is possible to change DESIGN of WORKFLOW ERRORS? Color, font, remove technical default text lines?

Right now I can control only 1st line but i want to remove 2nd and 3rd and add the HEADER title etc. You tube and google and chatgpt do not say anything regarding this.

No, this is the hard coded option in Jira. This could be temporarily change in the development tools, but this is not permanent change.

Try adding a screen with the validated field for this transition. With this screen, users will see your field with checkboxes and the comment field.

The screen will also allow users to immediately change checkboxes when an error occurs, and the error text itself will be shorter.
