WBS Gantt Chart - Import MS project file failed

While importing the MS project file to environment A, it occurs an error message. However, using the same MS project file, I can import successfully to environment B. The version of WBS Gantt in both environments are the same.

Is there anyone know what might cause the problem?

Where and what should I check the settings?

To provide you with better and helpful support, can you please provide us the .HAR and .LOG files of your Jira Instance collected while the issue is reproduced?

If you need help on how to generate and provide the HAR and LOG files, please refer to the tutorial down below:

• Open your instance in a Google Chrome browser;
• Open the Browser Console (press F12 or right-click on the mouse and choose Inspect);
• Navigate to the Network tab, check the box next to preserve log, and perform the steps to reproduce the problem;
• Save the results as .har file (right-click and choose Save as HAR with content);
• Navigate to the Console tab, and perform the steps to reproduce a second time;
• Save the results as .log file (right-click and choose Save as);
• Attach the files to the response.
