Voting Restrictions

Is there a way to restrict who votes on an issue? I am using the voting plugin and I turned on the "Allow users to vote on issues" setting under General Configuration. However, I don't want all my JIRA users to vote.

Answer accepted

Anyone who is not the reporter on the issue can vote on issues. That is the default behavior of JIRA. I am not sure if your plugin adds more permissions around it!
