Hello Илья,

There are several ways to set time limits (Due date) in JIRA tasks, which one with their specific reports and functionalities. 

Per your description, I'm not sure of what kind of tracking methods you are using, so could you please elaborate a little bit more on how you are configuring time limits in your JIRA?

If you are doing it by adding any fields, you can easily use a JQL query to return all the issues with any values on that field. For example:

"due date" is not empty

Let us know what kind of approaches you are using to register the time limits for issues. If possible, provide us a screenshot displaying the feature.
