Visual inconsistency between “Complete sprint” and “Start/End stand-up” buttons

Hi team,

We’ve noticed a UI issue on the Jira board related to the “Complete sprint” and “Start/End stand-up” buttons.

 When a stand-up is active, the “End stand-up” button appears greyed out and visually less prominent than the bright blue “Complete sprint” button next to it (see screenshots attached). This causes some confusion and visual dissonance — it’s easy to mistakenly click “Complete sprint” instead of ending the stand-up.

Suggestion:

To improve clarity and reduce accidental clicks, it would be great if the “Complete sprint” button could be hidden or replaced by “End stand-up” during an active stand-up session. This would make the interface more intuitive and reduce cognitive load during daily routines.

Not a bad suggestion. I don't think there's an open feature request on JAC related to that.

You can try reaching out to Atlassian Support with this request and they can probably create a new suggestion if one already doesn't exist. If they do so, please share the link here.
