Visibility of the subtask in Activity Timeline

Hello comunity, 

i cant figure out how to have these under tasks visible here on left side to be able to actualy throw them to calendar. For example another undertask UCO-38

With no reason a lot of subtasks wasnt synchronized after more then 10 hours, so I had to edit the task then go back to workspace/planner and hit Refresh button on right side. Magic happend and old edited subtasks now appeared on left side for picking it. Newly added subtasks appear after hitting refresh correctly.
