Viewing permissions in Dashboards

Hello, I am experiencing errors in the way the dashboard is displayed with the tables that correspond to the statistics of the incidents of multiple projects.

Some users are not allowed to view the statistics of "Pie Chart" and "Issue Statistics".

I have validated and the Jira Work projects that are associated to these filters allow public access as well as the filters. I don't understand why they are being displayed like this.

Can you have the users attempt to directly access the filters used by those gadgets to confirm that they can view the filter results directly?
