Viewing Issue do not see the field "Deploy Time", only upon Edit can I see it

Upon creating an issue I can see the field of "Deploy Time".  However, after it is created that same field does not show up on the view of the issue.  If I go into edit of the issue I can then see the field called "Deploy Time".  Is there a way to show this field all the time.

Have you added the "Deploy Time" field to the screen used to view issues? Sounds like it has only been added to the screen for create/edit.
