View total story points per user across multiple projects on Jira

We have multiple projects with shared resources between them. I would like to see how many story points a particular user has assigned. Can this be done? If so, how?

For sure it can be done, but I cannot see the benefit of it. A story point has only meaning in a project (and they are dependent on a number of subjective factors of that project, such as project complexity, etc).

As for how, I will give you only my solution to your problem: JJUPIN + JJUPIN Agile +  a simple script, but I'm pretty sure you can find other plugins to solve that, too. Edit: However, this is on standalone, not on cloud.
