When i browse on a project, it gives me a blank page, even though i have give the permission to browse project to 'group: anyone'.

The project is supposed to view able by everyone even without login.
Please help out.

Giving the browse permission to group anyone should be enough to view the project.
I'd advise you to open a ticket on support.atlassian.com to get this investigated.
