We are moving from Kanban to Scrum board, we have several cases in unresolved status on the Kanban board in Ready for Dev column, but in our scrum board in the version report they are showing as issues resolved. Because of this the version report is showing an incorrect number of cases as completed. What actions in Jira make a case show as completed in the version report?
Do these issues have the resolution field set?

Is the status "Backlog" mapped to the column that is farthest to the right on your Scrum board?
Can you (or one of your Jira Admins, if you are not an admin) review the values available as Resolution values and confirm that "Unresolved" is not in that list?
What version of Jira Server/Data Center are you using?

We are using Jira Server. We are currently moving from a scrum board to kanban board and were hoping to keep using the scrum reports. the Backlog status is allocated to the Dev Ready column (2nd column from the left on the kanban board).

When you say the status is mapped to the second column from the left, does that mean there are other columns to the right of it?
