Is there a way to verify multiple tickets at once or do they need to be completed individually? Also the same question in relation to Assignee

Hi @Neil_Magill

Not sure what you mean by verify - but if you mean can you bulk-edit issues (eg. bulk assign) then you should:

1. Go to your issue search screen
2. Search for the set of issues you want to bulk edit
3. In the top-right, click either options (3-dot icon) or Tools (depending on whether you are on Server or Cloud) and select "Bulk change all X issues"
4. In Step 1, select the issues to edit - you can select all from the checkbox in the title row - then click Next
5. In Step 2, select the action - for example, bulk edit to add an assignee or bulk transition to change statuses - and click Next
6. In Step 3, locate the assignee field and add a new value or choose a new status to transition to - and click Next
7. Check the change in Step 4 and press "Confirm" to action

^ This allows for one bulk edit for one value - if you need to bulk apply multiple values (eg. assign 100 issues to 100 different users), a simple option is to be a Site Admin and use the CSV Importer. See this page for more instructions, specifically under the title "Updating existing issues"
