Candidates are trying to sign up on jira. But they are not receiving the verification mail.

Hi,

Is this still an ongoing problem?  If you could let me know the addresses of those users that are not receiving a verification email, I can investigate this further on our support side to see if perhaps there is a suppression that prevents our systems from sending to those addresses.
