WIth the Jira add in for Excel I am a guest account to a software vendor - I would like to be able to take our open tickets to excel - Is this possible - I tried creating a login for Cloud but it does not link to my portal for Jira Tickets for this software vendor - how do I link them or see them>?
if you are asking for the ability to export issues from the Portal as a customer this is not possible. There was a suggestion for this (JSDCLOUD-826 ) but it is shown as not being considered at this time. If you had an agent license you would have the necessary permissions to do so. As a Customer maybe you could request that the support team provide this CSV file.
