Velocity chart not showing up correctly

Hi Team,

I'm not able to see the work completed in my velocity chart however all the work items were marked done before closing the sprint. 

Can you pls guide us if we are doing something wrong or if any additional steps are missed.

Most likely, the problem is the way you are marking your items as done. Your work is only considered done if it is in the rightmost column of your board, as you can read from this extract from a support article on the velocity chart:

I would expect updating the column mappings on your board should fix this.

Hi Walter, 

Yes, we have marked all tasks in Done only after they passed all other status( To do,In progress.

I did notice that there were few statuses like Reopen and Blocked which were appearing before Done on our board. I changed it now and its working fine now.
