Variable is not reporting correctly

We have a tab/variable in Jira called 'Link Added' so that when one of our cards reaches the 'link added' stage were able to select it as so. We have 8 cards that have reached link added' but on our reporting tab it is only showing up as 3 and i'm not sure as to why its doing that, can i have help/explanation?

Can you provide a screen image that shows that reporting tab? If this is using some sort of JQL filter, can you show the filter being used.

Can you provide a screen image that shows the 'Link Added' tab/variable within an issue?

Hi @Trudy Claspill Thanks for replying. Here are the screenshots, as you can see on my list view of my cards there are 2 cards that have the link added status, as well as a few others that are not on the screenshot. Then when going into the summery tab to see how many links are added as a total (should be 8) it says 3 instead. Again as you can see in one of the screenshots that 2 cards that have the link added option are not even on the summary to begin with. We need this accurate in summary view as well so we can report properly, Thanks :)

Thank you for those screen images. That is helpful.

Can you provide a screen image of the the Board field of your project?

I believe what you are encountering is a default function of that widget to count the issues in "green/done" status only that have made that transition within the past 2 weeks. If you have issues that transitioned to the Link Added status more than 2 weeks ago then they are being filtered out of the count.

ok, so how do i get rid of the default function or take it off show it can show all that is green/done instead of it only showing ones within 2 week time limit ?

Unfortunately you cannot. The widget is not configurable.

You could create a separate Dashboard with its own Pie chart to show the same data without the limitations.
