Values disappear from fields after edit

Yaniv

I am using Target Start/End fields on a Story screen.

When entering values into these field, manually or by automation, the dates values appear but then after a few seconds, they disappear.

I don't have other automation conflicts...I made sure by inactivating all rules.

What could be the reason for this behavior?

If you look at the history of the issue, do you see an entry where a value on the field is set and a separate entry where the value on the field is cleared out? If so, that might give a clue as to the root cause.

Additionally, if you never see a value on the field being set, that would indicate a different problem, although I wouldn't have a good thought as to why it appears that the field value was set when it actually wasn't.

I followed your suggestion and reviewed the History of the issue and indeed it looks like that one of our installed apps is making those changes and deleting the value.

I will continue to explore why.

Tnx.
