Value Field Condition error Unable to find field 'null'

I am in Jira Cloud

• Select Conditions on a Workflow Transition
• Select Value Field option
• Select a Radio Buttons field
• Select = as Operator
• Value = Yes
• Comparison Type: String

I get error Unable to find field 'null'.  I tried changing the Comparison Type to Option ID but I am not sure what to put in the Value field.

I tried other fields that are simple Text fields and Dropdowns and I get the same error.  

Is Value Field Condition being deprecated?

this is happening across the board :(
