Validation on linked issues

I just started using JIRA trial, i'm exited using "Validation on linked issues" or "Condition on linked issues". I've open the transition option and click "add validation" button, but i cant find Validation on linked issues. Anything I did wrong? Thanks in advance.

What add-on are you using to provide this validation? Can you check it is installed and enabled?

I don't understand, I think this thing is one of JIRA feature.

No, it's not. That's an add-on providing it. You need to install the add-on to use its functions. I don't know if that add-on can be added to Cloud.

Actually it is not available for the Cloud environment. See here;
