Is JIRA a validated software?  

Is it easy to validate JIRA workflow? is there any documentation from Alassian that could help?

A software is validated when the testing and  verification at each stage of the development is documented.

The definition of the  software validation  is the evidence of the corectness of the software at each stage and between each stage of the development life cycle.
