VM ( CPU- RAM ) required for jira software

I have implemented jira software server on VMWARE server I want to ask how many CPU and RAM I should put?

jira software 50 users less than 30 project and 1000 issues

Have a read through https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/jira-applications-installation-requirements-938846826.html - it is aimed more at physical servers, but that's not hard to translate into virtual machine requirements.
