Using quick-add to attach a screen shot, is it possible give a name to an attachment from th

When I attach images to Jira, I usually take a screen shot and paste it into Jira from my clipboard. With the old view, I was able to give the attachment a meaningful name during the attachment process.

On the new view, using quick-add to attach, I can't find a way to name the attachment while uploading it. So my attachments get meaningless names like Image-20200316-175038.png (instead of ButtonNameIncorrect.png).

Is there a way to name the file (without saving it to my local drive and naming it there).
