We have a few old applications that can only send out monitoring alerts using e-mail. To categorize them, I created a custom issue type called "monitoring" with the same settings as the default "e-mailed request" type.
When i then go to automation to change the issue type for the specific e-mail address, the issue type is not popping up in the list, allowing me to change it, tag it, and close it.
Any idea on what I'm doing wrong here?
Nevermind, fixed it. The request type was not linked to the issue type correctly.
