Using Custom Fields for JIRA Portfolio Estimation Field

My company has multiple custom fields to represent story points for different teams. Is there any way to use these custom fields as the 'Estimate' for Portfolio? It current looks like the only option is the JIRA Story Points field.

Please let me know if there are other ways to do this.

As far as I know, there is nothing like this. Only a few fields are really able to "communicate" with JIRA (server). Please, check the link below.

I tried to find something similar you need, but different direction. I wanted to see Portfolio Estimation fields in JIRA to update them there.
