Using Beta Cloud-to-Cloud Migration

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I'm trying to migrate my Jira project from XXX.altassian.com to another site in another organization at YYY.altassian.com. I am ORG ADMIN at YYY. So I access admin page from XXX, and go to Migration Dashboard. In the "Select your destination site", the drop-down menu is disabled. Any idea what is wrong?
In the below picture, under Organization is the destination site, and under Products is the source site. Source site uses Jira Standard where Destination uses Jira Premium.
