I'm considering building an external customer facing web application for a more customized experience towards our customers. All customers would be registered in ITSM under their organization but the application will allow them to list, manage and create ticket in our own context. This would then be built upon the APIs available by Atlassian.
All agents will still use the ITSM portal as licensed agents.
Based on term of agreements is the allowed and within the guidelines of API usage etc.?
